Find your rhythm, soften your edges, and reconnect with yourself in this nourishing week of Flow & Restore Yoga.This retreat is an invitation to move, breathe, and rest consciously — combining uplifting, accessible Vinyasa Flow practices with deeply restorative sessions to unwind your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit.

Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to your mat, or an experienced practitioner seeking a gentle reset, this retreat is designed for all levels. It’s about listening to your own needs, moving at your own pace, and discovering the transformative balance between dynamic movement and sacred stillness. 

This retreat is open to everyone. It’s ideal for beginners seeking a safe, supportive space to explore yoga without pressure, and for experienced practitioners craving a more intuitive, nurturing practice and permission to slow down. It’s perfect for anyone longing to release stress, reconnect with their body, and leave feeling rested, reset, and re-inspired. There are no extreme poses, no need to keep up — just an invitation to move, breathe, and rest in a way that feels authentic to you.

Mornings begin with an energising, breath-led Vinyasa practice to awaken your body, quiet your mind, and build strength, mobility, and ease. These accessible, mindful flows balance movement, breathwork, and stillness – leaving you refreshed and centred for the day ahead.

Afternoons are yours to enjoy as you wish. Lounge by the pool, stroll through the hills, or explore the golden beaches, cobbled streets, and cafés of Lagos. The Algarve also offers endless adventures – from paddleboarding and dolphin watching to hiking and spa retreats in the Monchique mountains.

As evening falls, unwind with deeply restorative practices of Yin and Restorative Yoga. These soothing, supportive sessions release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite quiet reflection. Each day closes with a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, leaving you rested and ready for a peaceful sleep.

07:30 – Morning Tea & Fruit
Tea, lemon water, and fruit before practice.

08:00 – Morning Flow Yoga & Breathwork (90 mins)
An energising, mindful Vinyasa Flow to awaken body and mind, with breathwork and short meditation to close.

09:45 – Brunch
Nourishing, seasonal and varied.

11:00 – Free Time / Beach / Spa / Excursions
Relax at the retreat, take a trip to one of the nearby beaches, go shopping in Lagos, treat yourself of a spa in Monchique, take a massage or head off for some outdoor activities like surfing, biking etc. 

13:30 – Main Meal
Wholesome, grounding, satisfying — the biggest meal of the day. If you want to head off for the day, we can also pack you a lunch.

14:30 – Free Time / Beach / Spa / Excursions
Plenty of unstructured time for guests to unwind, adventure or nap.

18:00 – Supper
Simple, nourishing — soups, broths, salads, herbal teas. Something easily digestible.

19:00 – Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra (75 mins)
Deep rest and guided relaxation to complete the day, calm the nervous system, and prepare for sleep.
