This retreat is open to everyone. It’s perfect for anyone longing to release stress, reconnect with their body, and leave feeling rested, reset, and re-inspired. There are no extreme poses, no need to keep up — just an invitation to move, breathe, and rest in a way that feels authentic to you.
Mornings begin with awakening practices designed to reconnect you to your primal body intelligence. Through breath-led, somatic vinyasa flows, intuitive movement, and grounding breathwork, you’ll soften the grip of old patterns, build strength, and reclaim natural ease and vitality. These practices gently attune you to sensation, rhythm, and instinct – awakening the body’s deep wisdom before the day unfolds.
Afternoons are spacious, unstructured, and yours to shape. Rest by the pool, wander through ancient olive groves, explore Algarve’s golden beaches, or simply lie back under vast skies and listen to your body’s call. Optional adventures like paddleboarding, coastal hikes, or mountain spa visits in Monchique await those who feel drawn to explore.
As evening falls, we gather for deeply restorative sessions – weaving Yin Yoga, somatic unwinding, myofascial release, and breath-led inquiry. These nurturing, embodied practices dissolve tension and invite the nervous system to settle into deep parasympathetic rest. Each evening closes in circle, with meditation, Yoga Nidra, or somatic inquiry to honour what’s surfaced and invite integration.

Tea, lemon water, and fruit before practice.
08:00 – Morning Flow Yoga & Breathwork (90 mins)
An energising, mindful Vinyasa Flow to awaken body and mind, with breathwork and short meditation to close.
09:45 – Brunch
Nourishing, seasonal and varied.
11:00 – Free Time / Beach / Spa / Excursions
Relax at the retreat, take a trip to one of the nearby beaches, go shopping in Lagos, treat yourself of a spa in Monchique, take a massage or head off for some outdoor activities like surfing, biking etc.
13:30 – Main Meal
Wholesome, grounding, satisfying — the biggest meal of the day. If you want to head off for the day, we can also pack you a lunch.
14:30 – Free Time / Beach / Spa / Excursions
Plenty of unstructured time for guests to unwind, adventure or nap.
18:00 – Supper
Simple, nourishing — soups, broths, salads, herbal teas. Something easily digestible.
19:00 – Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra (75 mins)
Deep rest and guided relaxation to complete the day, calm the nervous system, and prepare for sleep.
